Orders and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken securely through Stripe. An order is accepted when payment succeeds and we send confirmation. If an item is unavailable, we will contact you and issue a refund.

UK delivery

Delivery is free to UK addresses. We aim to dispatch within 1–2 working days and deliver within 30 days unless a different timeframe is agreed.

Cancellations and returns

You may cancel an online order within 14 days after delivery without giving a reason, then return it within the following 14 days. Our voluntary 30-day returns policy may give you longer. Products should be returned complete and handled only as reasonably necessary to inspect them. Your statutory rights for faulty or misdescribed goods are unaffected.
